- We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage your login credentials.

- User-Generated Content: Videos, comments, and feedback stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and Cloud Firestore.
- In-App Purchase Data: Product ID, transaction ID, and secure receipt (validated with Apple) for token balance management.
- App & Site Usage Data: Anonymous usage analytics processed via Firebase Analytics.
Device & Connection Information
- Basic device identifiers, IP address, operating system, and network information for security and analytics.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

- Apple — for in-app purchase validation.
- Assigned Coaches — they see your first name and video content only.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing Matt@appvolleyiq.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
