How do I submit a video for coaching?
Open the VolleyIQ iOS app, tap "Submit Video," record or select a video from your camera roll, add a title and description, then submit. Your video will be queued for coach review.
How long does feedback take?
Most submissions receive initial feedback within 2–5 business days depending on queue volume. You'll be notified immediately in the app when your coach's feedback is ready. Check your notifications for updates.
Can I ask follow-up questions about my feedback?
Absolutely! Reply in your submission's feedback thread. Your coach can see your questions and provide additional clarification or targeted advice. Coaches check submissions regularly.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, and other common video formats. Videos should be under 500MB. You can record directly in the app or upload from your phone's camera roll.
How much does coaching feedback cost?
Pricing varies by coach. You purchase tokens within the app, and each submission costs a set number of tokens (typically 1–3 depending on the coach). Token packages offer the best value for multiple submissions.
What if I'm not satisfied with the feedback?
We want you to be happy! Email us at Matt@appvolleyiq.com with details, and we'll work with you to address your concerns. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Can coaches see my personal information?
Coaches see only your first name and video content. We keep personal information private. Your email, full profile, and other details are never shared without your permission.
How do I become a coach on VolleyIQ?
We're always looking for skilled coaches! Email Matt@appvolleyiq.com with your coaching background, experience, and certifications. We'll review and get back to you within 5 business days.
Is my video data secure?
Yes. All videos are encrypted and stored securely via Firebase Cloud Storage. We use industry-standard security practices and never share videos without your explicit consent.
What if I don't have an iOS device?
Currently, VolleyIQ is available on iOS. An Android version is in development. Check your app store for updates, or email us to be notified when Android launches.
