Terms of Service

By accessing or using the VolleyIQ website or iOS app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the videos and other content you submit.
• License to VolleyIQ: You grant VolleyIQ a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including providing coaching feedback, quality assurance, analytics, and anti‑abuse).
• Content Standards: You agree not to submit illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. You must have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
• Monitoring/Removal: VolleyIQ may review and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• What They Are: “VolleyIQ Tokens” are in‑app currency available for purchase within the app.
• What They’re For: Tokens are used exclusively to unlock features within the app, such as submitting videos for coach review.
• No Cash Value: Tokens have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real‑world currency.
• All Sales Final: All token purchases are final and non‑refundable.
• Expiration: Tokens expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Fair Use: VolleyIQ may impose reasonable usage limits to protect service quality (e.g., limits on concurrent submissions). Any such limits will be disclosed in the app.

These disclosures are also reflected in the app’s purchase screens and App Store listing, as required.

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to hack or disrupt it, reverse engineer components, or violate laws.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to or that infringes others’ rights.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. VolleyIQ does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching feedback.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VolleyIQ from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., license to UGC for operational copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

These Terms are governed by the laws of your state of residence in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in your state of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
